Enma Alrawabi Company Announces the acceptance of its board of directors on 03/06/1444 corresponding to 27/12/2022 AD, the resignation of Mr. Mohammed Mansour Othman Abahussain from the position of CEO due to his special circumstances, as it becomes effective as of 23/08/1444 corresponding to 15/ 03/2023 ADThe Board of Directors of the company decided, based on the recommendation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, Eng. Saud Sayyaf AlQuaifil, to be a new CEO for Enma Alrawabi Company, as of 16/03/2023 AD.

He will assume his duties as CEO for Enma Alrawabi Company, as of 16/03/2023.

The Board of Directors expresses its thanks and appreciation to the condition of Mr. Mohammed Mansour Othman Abahussain for his contribution to the company, wishing him continued success.

Eng. Saud Sayyaf AlQuaifil is considered one of the young national talents with experience in the real estate field. He worked as head of the real estate consulting sector at Deloitte Company in Saudi Arabia, and has accumulated experience for more than 15 years in the construction and real estate sector and financial and engineering consulting with the oldest companies and organizations in the public and private sectors.Eng. Saud also worked as a consultant to the Ministry of Housing and the Saudi Authority for Accredited Residents (Taqeem)

Eng. Saud holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from King Saud University in 2002

And a master's degree in real estate and construction management from the University of Denver in the United States of America in 2009
